Refund Policy

When we issue refunds

We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged due to a technical error on our side (duplicate charge, incorrect amount).
  • Your subscription renewed but you cancelled within 48 hours of the renewal date and had not used any exam attempts in the new billing period.
  • The service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in the billing period you are claiming for.

When we do not issue refunds

  • Unused exam slots — subscription access does not expire mid-period, but unused attempts are not refundable.
  • Dissatisfaction with exam difficulty or content style — we provide a free tier specifically so you can evaluate the platform before paying.
  • Account suspension due to violations of our Terms of Use.

How to request a refund

Email hello@superwicket.com within 7 days of the charge with:

  • The email address registered to your account.
  • The Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment receipt email).
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Subscription cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund for the current period unless you meet the criteria above.
