This Privacy Policy explains how SuperWicket collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our portfolio intelligence platform and related pages.

SuperWicket is designed for self-service portfolio tracking and AI-assisted analysis. Because the service processes portfolio and conversation data, you should only enter information you are comfortable processing through the platform.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, role, account status, password authentication data, password reset metadata, and administrator-created profile details.

Portfolio information: portfolio names, holdings, exchanges, symbols, quantities, purchase prices, notes, generated reports, and related calculations.

AI and conversation information: prompts, messages, selected portfolio context, generated responses, analysis requests, report status, token usage, and conversation titles.

Technical information: IP-derived security data, browser and device details, session identifiers, timestamps, application logs, error logs, and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, display dashboards, calculate portfolio values, generate AI responses and reports, manage user quotas, send account or reset emails, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand feature usage, monitor system performance, plan capacity, and improve product quality.

4. AI processing

When you request AI features, relevant prompts, conversation history, portfolio context, and system instructions may be sent to an AI provider or compatible AI API endpoint so the response can be generated.

Do not enter secrets, highly sensitive personal information, or confidential third-party information into AI prompts unless you have the right to process it and accept the associated risks.

AI responses may be stored with your conversation or report history so you can revisit them and so administrators can operate the platform where administrative review features exist.

5. Market data and third-party services

SuperWicket may use third-party providers for market prices, AI processing, email delivery, hosting, databases, authentication, logging, and infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us.

Current integrations may include an OpenAI-compatible AI provider, Yahoo Finance market-data endpoints, AWS SES for email delivery, and database or hosting infrastructure configured for the application environment.

6. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies where needed for authentication, session management, security, theme preferences, and application functionality.

If you block cookies, core authentication and account features may not work correctly.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate SuperWicket, with administrators authorized to manage the relevant account or workspace, when required by law, or when necessary to protect the service, users, or others.

If SuperWicket is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Data retention

We retain account, portfolio, conversation, report, usage, and log data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce terms, prevent abuse, and maintain backups.

When data is deleted from active systems, copies may remain temporarily in backups or logs until those systems are rotated or expired.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and reporting suspected account compromise promptly.

10. Your choices and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about how your data is processed.

11. Children

SuperWicket is not intended for children. You must not use the service if you are not legally able to enter into these terms or if applicable law prohibits your use.

12. International processing

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live, depending on where our infrastructure and service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes or legal requirements evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
