Last updated: May 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using SuperWicket, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use SuperWicket on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not access or use the service.
2. What SuperWicket provides
SuperWicket is a self-service portfolio intelligence tool for users who want to track, organize, and analyze their own NSE and BSE holdings.
The platform may provide portfolio dashboards, market-data-derived calculations, AI-assisted explanations, reports, conversation history, and administrative tools for account management.
3. No investment advice
SuperWicket is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst, broker, dealer, portfolio manager, or financial planner.
The service does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Any AI-generated content, portfolio analysis, risk discussion, or market commentary is informational only and should not be treated as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, subscribe to, or avoid any security or financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
4. Accounts and access
There is no public self-registration path. Accounts may be created or administered by authorized SuperWicket administrators or organization administrators.
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity performed by anyone who accesses the service through your credentials.
5. Portfolio data and user content
You may enter portfolio names, holdings, quantities, prices, conversations, prompts, and related information into SuperWicket. You retain ownership of content and data you submit.
You grant SuperWicket the limited right to process, store, transmit, and display that data as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you submit is accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights needed to submit and process it through the service.
6. AI outputs and market data limitations
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You must independently verify all material information before relying on it.
Market prices, valuation calculations, exchange identifiers, and other data may be delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. SuperWicket does not guarantee uninterrupted, real-time, complete, or error-free market data.
Generated reports and conversations are analytical aids only. They do not replace your own judgment or professional advice.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, scrape at abusive rates, bypass usage limits, or use SuperWicket to violate law or third-party rights.
You must not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, confidential third-party, or malicious content, including malware or prompts intended to extract secrets or compromise systems.
8. Usage limits and administration
SuperWicket may enforce token quotas, report-generation limits, rate limits, account-level restrictions, and other controls to preserve service quality and manage cost.
Administrators may create, suspend, update, or deactivate users; configure AI prompts; manage API keys; review usage; and publish announcements where those features are available.
9. Third-party services
SuperWicket may rely on third-party services for authentication support, hosting, databases, AI processing, email delivery, analytics, and market data. Your use of SuperWicket may involve transmission of data to those providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, terms, policies, or data sources outside our reasonable control.
10. Intellectual property
SuperWicket, including its software, interface, design, documentation, trademarks, and service content, is owned by SuperWicket or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the service as intended, these terms do not grant you any ownership rights in SuperWicket technology or branding.
11. Availability, changes, and termination
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated, access creates risk, or continued service is not commercially or technically practical.
You may stop using SuperWicket at any time. Certain data may remain in backups, logs, or records as described in our Privacy Policy and as required for legitimate business, security, or legal purposes.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperWicket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or investment-related losses, including lost profits, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
13. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these terms or the service.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally.
